A coastal home grounded by stone, concrete and shadow.

The owners asked for a calm, durable residence that could open fully to Atlantic light while remaining sheltered from the prevailing wind.

The construction strategy pairs board-formed concrete with pale limestone. Deep overhangs temper the sun and frame long views across the water.
